DAK operates as a team of four. The team will consist of Stephanie McFadden (President), a Vice President, and two full-time employees. The President is dedicated to managing operations, meeting potential prime contractors, locating RFP’s and solicitations, and performing leadership training to clients. The Vice President performs financial management, maintenance of established accounts and bidding on contracts, and performing leadership training to clients. Two full-time employees primary focus is administrative and financial services, maintenance of established contracts and performing marketing, acquisition, and performing virtual administrative services.

Stephanie McFadden-Evans has over 30 years providing executive leadership and strategic direction with full responsibility for bottom-line factors, including long range planning and logistics management.  She has a comprehensive background in government contracting, administration and logistics.
